Owner’s have the option to conduct a self-assessment prior to the pool/spa inspector’s visit. Our team can supply you with the necessary checklists and information to facilitate the process and eliminating potential non-compliances.

Our team of VBA Registered swimming pool/spa inspectors can conduct a thorough pre-inspection, offering a comprehensive list of recommendations to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

We provide two packages: Our Premium package and our Essential package. Both options are facilitated by our team of professional, insured and registered building inspectors who will guide you through the process of obtaining a Form 23.

If we have previously visited your property and found that the pool/spa safety barrier was not compliant with the applicable barrier standard, we offer a discounted re-inspection service for subsequent visits (which includes the Form 23 at no extra charge on any of our services).
